After listening to the information presented in the World Health Organization’s (WHO) live briefing today (the exponential spread of the disease and child fatalities, though they are still the least affected group) and receiving the shelter-in-place order for our county, effective tonight at 12am, I have decided it is in the safest interest for all families to close Avalon for the duration of the current shelter-in-place order (three weeks starting tomorrow).  Your child’s spot will be held.
