Week 1 Lunch Veggie sauce and spaghetti with turkey meatballs Veggie burgers with mandarin orange slices and celery sticks Bean, cheese, rice,and  romaine super burritos Dino nuggets, peaches, and green beans Grilled cod with kale and cranberry salad and quinoa
Vegetarian Option Veggie Sauce and spaghetti (already veggie) (already veggie) Hummus (for dipping) & pita, peaches, and green beans Broccoli rabe, quinoa, and kale-cranberry salad
Week 2 Lunch Mac N’ Cheese, snap peas, and apple slices Sun-butter and jelly sandwiches with leafy greens salad Orange chicken, veggie fried (brown) rice, and Chinese cabbage salad Maple-glazed salmon, brown rice, broccoli, and pears Baked Chicken Drumsticks, apple sauce, raw veggies w/ avocado dip

Week 3 Lunch Cauliflower w/ grilled chicken and Penne Alfredo Vegetable Tikka Masala with brown rice Cheese and veggie quesadilla, yogurt covered pretzels, and fruit Mini-pancakes (organic, whole grain) and banana berry smoothie (organic greek yogurt) Dino Nuggets, apple and celery salad, and cinnamon squash

Week 4 Lunch Vegetarian lasagne rolls  (spinach and cheese) Turkey, cheese, & lettuce sandwich with fruit kebabs Homemade ramen soup chicken, egg, and bok choy. Vegetarian chili and cornbread w/ apple slices Breakfast for lunch! Chicken apple sausage, scrambled eggs, and sweet potato hash
Vegetarian Option (already veggie) Grilled cheese with salad and fruit kebabs Homemade ramen soup with bok choy (already veggie) Fruit, yogurt, and granola  with sweet potato hash
Same each week PM Snack Whole grain crackers with seasonal fruit “ants on a log” (Celery w/ sun-butter and raisins) Prunes and crackers Turkey (or cheese) tortilla wraps String-cheese and fruit
Children can finish food from home at arrival in the morning.  You can bring snacks and lunch from home (notice is appreciated for planning) as long as it follows the food policy in the childcare agreement; tuition remains the same. * Whole grains are used for noodles, bread, tortillas, rice, etc.
*If there is any religious or health preclusion for eating a certain food, I will substitute an appropriate alternative. You must let me know in written advance.
*All Fruit and Veggies are always organic
*All Meat is either organic or all-natural (no antibiotics or hormones).
*All milk is organic (1% milk fat) and is offered at lunch and AM snack.  Spring water is the only alternative (no juice is served).
*Vegetarian Option lists the meat substitute and includes the sides offered in the regular lunch. No soy products are used as meat alternatives.
